Odessa
Odessa credits him with its growth, town planning and organization of public services. A monument on Prymorsky Boulevard to one of the city's founding fathers (1803-1815) Duke Armand de Richelieu. Bronze statue erected in 1828 by the Petersburg sculptor I. Martos and architect O. Melnykov.


Parade exit to the sea, the famous Potyomkin's Staircase. Construction lasted five years, and was finally completed in 1841. Architect F. Boffo.







The famous Odessa Theater of Opera and Ballet, built by architects F. Felner and H. Helmer in 1887. Today it is the visitor's pass to the city.
